Cleaning and Sterilizing:

Before first use: Disassemble all parts and boil them for 5 minutes. After each use:

• Wash parts with warm water and soap, then rinse thoroughly.

Breastmilk Storage Guidelines:

• Room Temperature (19-26°C): 4 to 6 hours.
• Refrigerator (below 4°C): Up to 3 days (ideal), can extend to 8 days in certain cases.
• Freezer (-18°C or lower): 6 months ideal, up to 12 months maximum.

How to Thaw Breastmilk:

• Slowly thaw the milk in the fridge for 24 hours.
• If you need the milk quickly, place the bottle under running cold water and gradually warm the water.

Avoid:

• Using the microwave for thawing.
• Placing the bottle in boiling or very hot water.
