How to Use:

• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap before using the bags, expressing milk, or feeding your baby.
• Peel off the safety seal at the top of the bag and gently open it by pulling apart the zipper edges. Avoid blowing into the bag.
• Carefully pour the milk into the bag, ensuring not to exceed the 180ml limit to prevent expansion and leakage in the freezer.
• Press the bag gently to remove excess air before sealing.
• Close the zipper tightly by pressing along the seal with your fingers.
• Write the date and milk volume on the designated area, then immediately store the bag in the refrigerator or freezer.

Thawing Frozen Milk:

• Submerge the bag in warm water (around 40°C).
• Place the bag in the refrigerator and let it thaw for up to 24 hours.
• Hold the bag under running water until fully thawed.
• Milk may naturally separate during storage; this is normal and does not affect its nutritional value. Gently shake the bag before feeding.

Milk Storage Duration:

• In the refrigerator (4°C or below): 24 hours.
• In the freezer (-18°C or below): 3 months (recommended), up to 6 months (usable).
• Thawed milk (in the refrigerator or under running water): 24 hours.
• Do not refreeze thawed milk.
• If thawed using warm water, do not place it back in the refrigerator.

Warnings:

• Do not thaw frozen milk using boiling water, a microwave, or direct heat as it may destroy essential nutrients.
• Do not let frozen milk thaw at room temperature, as it may become unsafe for consumption.
• Single-use only: Dispose of the bag after use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• A slight odor may be present due to gamma-ray sterilization, which is completely safe and does not affect the milk.
• Ensure all air bubbles are removed before sealing the bag to prevent leakage.
• Handle frozen bags with care, as scratches may weaken the bag and cause leaks during thawing.
