How to use:

- Labeling: Write the date and time of expression on the bottle.
Freezer Storage:
- Fresh milk: Can be stored in the freezer for up to 12 months.

Thawing Methods:
- In the refrigerator: Transfer frozen milk to the refrigerator overnight to thaw gradually.
- In warm water: If quick thawing is needed, submerge the sealed bottle in warm water (around 40°C) until fully thawed.
- Avoid direct heating: Do not heat milk in a microwave or boiling water, as it may destroy essential nutrients.
