How to Use:

• Wash: Thoroughly wash the bottle, nipple, and cap with warm, soapy water. Rinse well and air dry.
• Sterilize: For newborns, sterilize all parts after each use using steam, boiling water, or a bottle sterilizer.
• Warm the Milk: Heat the milk to body temperature (about 100°F or 38°C).
