Return and Exchange Policy
Return is allowed within 1 day from the date of receipt
· Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged
Products purchased during sales/promotions or with discount coupons cannot be returned or exchanged
In case of receiving an incorrect/wrong product, the customer can return or exchange the product provided it is in its original condition upon receipt and in its original packaging. Our team will initiate the refund process for the paid amount upon receiving the product
The customer can return the product is allowed within 1 day from the date of receipt provided the following conditions are met:
Shipping fees of SAR 28.75 for delivery and SAR 28.75 for return shipping will be charged, in addition to bank transfer fees or cash on delivery charges.
The product must be returned in its original packaging without any scratches or accidental damage.
The product must be returned with all accessories and product attachments.
· The return and exchange period are calculated from the date of receipt.
· In case of a product defect or a manufacturing defect, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team to handle this matter on this number: 0133339676. If the product is inspected and no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be shipped back to you.
Order Cancellation:
· Orders can be canceled within 24 hours without any fees if the product has not been shipped.
· In case of cancellation after shipping, the purchase amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping value and deducting it from the original amount paid.
· The order will be canceled if the customer is late in completing the payment process (bank transfer or credit card) for more than one business day.
· The order will be canceled if the product is found to be unfit for sale during the order preparation for shipment.
Calculation of the Refund Period for the Customer:
· A maximum of 14 business days for orders paid by credit cards or bank transfer.
· Please note that submitting this return request does not guarantee a refund, and your refund will be approved or rejected after the inspection process based on our return policy.
